From 2003 until now, Yili Group has always been leading China's dairy with strong strength, and has become the industrial representative of sustainable development with its steady growing trend.

Till now, Yili brand popsicle and ice cream have remained the highest output and sales in China for 14 years, and UHT milk run first consecutive years in production and sales. Apart from that, since 2005, the production and sales of Yili milk powder and milked tea powder have been keeping first in China.

In year 2008, Yili Group reached 21.538 billion RMB in main business income, increased by 12.13% comparing with same period of last year. The high-additional-value and high-tech products including milk powder, cold drinks and yogurt have continually showed strong increasing trend in 2008.

In the first quarter of 2009, Yili Group reached 5.099 billion RMB in main business income, increased by 8.25%, and 0.113 billion RMB in net profit, increased by 103.59%. It was doubled comparing with same period of last year. Therefore Yili became the only one whose sales income and profit both fully exceeded the same period of the year 2008 among the first group army of dairy field.
