Yili Group, dedicated to establishing clean and righteous working atmosphere and a fair, open and transparent business environment, takes a zero-tolerance attitude towards any corruption or activities injurious to the corporation interest.
The Commission for Discipline Inspection of Yili Group accepts the following complaints against employee violating discipline:
（1）Extorting or taking bribes; accepting gifts or hospitality illegally;
（2）Using corporate assets illegally, or theft ,embezzlement and corruption of corporate assets;
（3）Transferring transactions that would, in normal cases, benefit the company to others;
（4）Abusing of power for personal gain ;
（5）Divulging business or technical secrets of the company;
（6）Other acts against laws and regulations.
